ZEPO INTELLIGENCE, S.L.(hereinafter “Zepo“) is the owner of the Website https://zepo.ai/es (hereinafter the “Website“) and the Zepo Platform (hereinafter the “Platform“) and is the Data Controller of the personal data of the Users (hereinafter the “Users“).

Through this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter“GDPR“) and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (“LOPDPGDD“), Zepo informs Users who make use of the Website about the processing of their personal data that may be collected through this and processed by Zepo.

2. DATA PROCESSED, LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSES AND STORAGE PERIOD

2.1 PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY ZEPO AS DATA CONTROLLER

2.1.1 PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED ON ZEPO’S WEBSITE.

Said data will be blocked in order to comply with Zepo’s legal obligations and, once this period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.
Data to request the Demo Consent of the interested party Name, email and telephone number.

These data will be processed by Zepo in order to contact the User and give access to the Platform for the duration of the Demo.		 Zepo will process the personal data for the duration of the Demo and, after the end of the Demo, the data will be blocked for the period necessary to comply with Zepo’s legal obligations. Once this period has expired, the data will be definitively deleted.
Newsletter subscription Consent of the interested party The User, if he/she so wishes, may subscribe to the YouTube channel to view the weekly updated content. The personal data collected (email address, name and surname) will be treated in accordance with YouTube’s privacy policy.

In case of having subscribed, the User consents to Zepo to send commercial communications.		 The data will be processed by Zepo until the User unsubscribes from the YouTube channel, and it will be understood that he/she withdraws his/her consent to receive commercial communications. Once consent has been withdrawn, Zepo will block your data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. At the end of this period, the data will be definitively deleted.
Chatbot Consent of the interested party User’s email address.

To provide assistance and respond to inquiries or requests.		 Personal data will be processed by Zepo for the period necessary to answer the question and/or resolve the incident indicated by the User. Said data will be blocked in order to comply with Zepo’s legal obligations and, once this period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.

2.2 PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY ZEPO AS DATA CONTROLLER

Zepo may also process personal data for which the User is responsible as Data Controller (i.e. Zepo acts as Processor).

Zepo will be the Data Processor of the Personal Data of the Users collected and processed through the Platform, including information relating to the geolocation of the Users, statistics relating to the use of the Platform.

By providing Personal Data, Zepo shall be considered a Data Processor acting on behalf of the Client. In this regard, Zepo shall comply with the obligations set forth in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available at Data Processing.

The data processed by Zepo as Data Processor are the following:

3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Zepo informs that, for the fulfillment of the purposes described above, it will not transfer the User’s personal data to third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Zepo may give access to such personal data to its technology service providers with whom it has signed a processor contract and, if located in jurisdictions that generally do not provide adequate safeguards in relation to the processing of personal data, such contracts have been signed including appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

In addition, personal data collected by Zepo may be communicated to external advisors, in the context of a Due Diligence, in the context of a merger or acquisition involving any of the Parties. As well as to the Public Administrations and State Security Forces and Corps, by virtue of their competences.

4. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Zepo undertakes to adopt the necessary physical, technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to such data. Personal data will be treated confidentially by Zepo, which undertakes to inform and enforce, by legal or contractual obligation, such confidentiality to its employees, partners and any person who should have access to the User’s personal data.

5. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

By subscribing to the newsletter or registering on the Platform, the User will receive electronic commercial communications in accordance with applicable law, including alerts, notifications, newsletters, offers and promotions about Zepo’s services. If the User does not wish to receive information related to Zepo’s services, the User may unsubscribe from any of our “Unsubscribe” communications or let us know by sending a notification to privacy@zepo.app.

6. USERS’ RIGHTS

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and, where appropriate, limitation of processing and portability of data by sending an email to privacy@zepo.app.

Likewise, the User may file a complaint with a supervisory authority and, in particular, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if he/she considers that the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the applicable regulations.

7. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

Zepo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User by means of a notice on the Website, together with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
